Back to TopThe card that I received has an error on it. What do I do?Once you receive your card, double-check it for errors. Please do not use your card if there is an error. Please call our Customer Service (877) 268-6510 immediately. Back to TopHow do I update my card if my medicine changes?To update your card for the first year is free of charge. After your first update, your cost for updating is $5.00/card for every update thereafter. Be sure to check the accuracy of the information you submit - errors not deemed to be the fault of our company, will be charged $10.00 to remake a new card. Allow a delivery time of two weeks.
